Making A Purchase
Making a
purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and
add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on
'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to complete the order.
You can also print
an order form from the
Printable Order Form
link towards the bottom of the left hand side of every page
and post your order to us. We also have an order
answer-phone on 01158 800255. If placing an order by phone
please remember to leave your name, credit card details
inc the 3 or 4 digit security code on the signature strip,
your address and telephone number as well as the items you
wish to purchase. Alternatively you can leave your name
and daytime phone number and one of our operators will
call you back.
We accept Credit and Debit cards via
Paypal. You do not need a
Paypal account to shop with us.
If you would like to order online then pay by cheque or
postal order, select the "Email" option on the order form
or use the
Printable Order Form
Paying by cheque does slow down your order as we can only
despatch your order when your funds have cleared.
Typically your order will be delayed by about seven to ten
days. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive
payment within 14 days after placing your order with us.
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email
to make your payment.

Shipping And Handling
We ship globally and basic shipping is currently
Free on all orders of £5.00 and over. Basic Shipping is
normally by 2nd Class Post or Basic Airmail and does not
include insurance. Goods are sent at your risk. We do obtain
a certificate of posting at the point of shipping and will
try to claim should the package go missing. We offer
compensation at cost. Recorded Delivery (UK only) insures
your order up to the value of £37.00. Special Delivery
offers higher insurance. We reserve the right to upgrade the
shipping on your order. Large orders and some heavy items
may be shipped by courier at our discretion.
We reserve the right to charge shipping on
all orders of £4.99 or less.
We do
not charge a handling fee. |

Delivery
Schedule
We normally ship
orders on the same or next working day. Orders received over
the weekend or holiday periods will be shipped on the next
working day. |

Back Orders
Normally, if an
item is out of stock you will not be able to add it to your
cart. You can click on the Notify Me link and input your
email address and we will email you when the item is back in
stock. If your item is
not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be
emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would
rather not wait.
Items ordered by post or answer-phone may be
out of stock when we receive your order. We will try to
contact you by telephone to advise you of any out of stock
items. You can back order the items or amend your order. We
will ship the items in stock within our usual time scales.
You will not be charged for any back ordered items until
they are in stock & ready to be shipped to you. |

message on our answer-phone 01158 800255. We aim to
reply within 2 hours during office hours Monday to Friday
however please allow up to 24 hours. |

We do not disclose buyers'
information to third parties other than when order details
are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case,
the third party will not disclose any of the details to any
other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the
contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses
if the address book is used and to store your details if you
select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after
you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off
cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet
Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you
turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or
benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data
collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods

Refunds/Returns
Magicnevin.com stands behind all defective merchandise 100%!
If an item is defective we
will exchange it for the same item promptly and reimburse for
your return shipping. If the item is no longer available we will
issue a refund or credit note. Just advise us within one week from date
of receipt and keep the original packaging. See 'Damaged Goods'
below.
Once you receive your order, however, we have revealed and
you have learned secrets. Therefore, our products are not
returnable. This is the same policy that most software suppliers
have - and almost all magic trick suppliers follow this policy.
Except for revealing the secret, if you have a question about
any trick you wish to purchase, please contact us before
purchase and we will be most happy to help. Examples of some
good questions, which would be relevant to your needs:
1. Can I do it close up?
2. Is it, or does it work, the same as (name of trick you
already have)
3. Is is suitable to perform for children?
4. Do I need to wear a jacket?
We have successfully made magicians out of thousands of
customers in the years we've been in business! Our customers
do and have included well known magicians. Remember though,
there is no such thing as "real magic" - all tricks are
ILLUSIONS - and we GUARANTEE your audience will see you
perform our magic tricks exactly as described.

Damaged
Goods
In the rare instance of
goods arriving damaged we will replace or refund the item(s)
at our discretion on return of the damaged goods and refund
reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the item(s).
Please
email us before returning
any goods and save all the original packaging and the
packing slip/invoice. |

Fire Magic & Adult Items
By ordering any Fire magic
or adult item you are declaring that you are over 18 years
old and that the item is legal for you to own in your
country or region. We will not be held responsible for any
injury, damage or legal action arising from the use, misuse
or possession of any item supplied by us. |
