Magicnevin.com stands behind all defective merchandise 100%! If an item is defective we will exchange it for the same item promptly and reimburse for your return shipping. If the item is no longer available we will issue a refund or credit note. Just advise us within one week from date of receipt and keep the original packaging. See 'Damaged Goods' below. All returns, for any reason, must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within a further 7 days (10 days for overseas orders).

RETURNS POLICY:

We take every care to make sure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. Although problems/returns are very rare we are dedicated to dealing with them promptly and with understanding.

Returns must be authorised prior to shipping them back to us. See below for details.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If an item is received damaged we will replace it. Please return all packaging with the item. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund.


NO LONGER WANTED:

If you no longer want an item you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a credit note/refund. You must take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your possession and pack it with care to prevent damage during carriage when returning it. Any not wanted item returned in unsaleable condition may be refused or partially refunded.
Generally there is a 15% restocking fee on unwanted items which will be subtracted from the refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

AUTHORISATION:

Any items returned for any reason without authorisation will be refused.

Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of your item stating your name, the order number and your reason for wanting to return the item specifying the damage (if any) etc.
We will respond to your email as soon as possible (please allow 1 working day) with authorisation. You then have a further 7 days to return the item to us. This makes a total of 14 days. For customers outside Europe the item must be returned within 10 days making a total of 17 days.

EXCEPTIONS:

Once opened, CDs and DVDs can only be returned if they are faulty. We will replace them with another copy of the same title.
 

Except for revealing the secret, if you have a question about any trick you wish to purchase, please contact us before purchase and we will be most happy to help. Examples of some good questions, which would be relevant to your needs:

1. Can I do it close up?

2. Is it, or does it work, the same as (name of trick you already have)

3. Is is suitable to perform for children?

4. Do I need to wear a jacket?

We have successfully made magicians out of thousands of customers in the years we've been in business! Our customers do and have included well known magicians. Remember though, there is no such thing as "real magic" - all tricks are ILLUSIONS - and we GUARANTEE your audience will see you perform our magic tricks exactly as described.

In the rare instance of goods arriving damaged we will replace or refund the item(s) at our discretion on return of the damaged goods and refund reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the item(s).

By ordering any Fire magic or adult item you are declaring that you are over 18 years old and that the item is legal for you to own in your country or region. We will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or legal action arising from the use, misuse or possession of  any item supplied by us.

Wholesale Orders

We are happy to supply a wholesale quote for our products subject to a minimum order value of £500 + shipping. We will advise you of any items low on stock at the time of quoting but at this time cannot guarantee stock levels for wholesale orders. Any item which goes out of stock between quoting & receiving your order will be back ordered if more stock is expected within 21 days. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items of the same or greater value if further supplies are not expected within 21 days. If you do not want us to back order or substitute items please make this known at the time or ordering. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. All wholesale orders are deemed to be 'Business to Business' sales and are covered by the applicable UK laws.
