If you can add a product to your cart it is in stock & ready to ship. If an item is out of stock you cannot add it to your cart. Occasionally if stock is limited the same item may be in several carts at the same time. If this happens the first person to complete checkout will buy the item. Any other shoppers will receive a message telling them that the item is no longer available.

 Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will usually ship the same day. As we post every day Monday - Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) our UK customers should receive their orders within a few days. Orders shipping outside the UK will take a little longer. The exact times will depend on the destination and local delivery conditions. If there are any times we are unable to post (Holidays etc) we will state this on the homepage and during checkout.
