How secure is my payment?
To ensure your security we use Paypal or NoChex to process all our credit/debit card transactions.
How much does shipping/handling cost?
On the left hand side of the shop pages is a Cart Summary. This shows an estimated amount for shipping within the UK by Standard Post.
When you complete checkout you can choose postal method and select your country. The shipping cost will be updated before you commit to your order.Free uninsured shipping on all UK orders over £10 and most international orders over £25. Subsidised Priority Shipping & Insurance are also available.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship every weekday. If you are in the UK you should receive your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Outside the UK you should receive your order within 10 days. However please allow at least 4 working days within the UK, 14 days for deliveries in Europe and 21 days for the rest of the world before contacting us.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the Order Status button on the site navigation.
We will also keep you informed by email.
How can I Pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card by using Paypal or Nochex and by Bank Transfer by using Paypal. If you do not wish to order online you can download our orderform and post it to us with your payment. For security please do not send cash. A crossed cheque or Postal Order (payable to M Clark) is much more secure.

What is the smallest order I can place?
We do not have a minimum order.
How do I know what your price is in my country's currency?
All our products are priced in GBP (£ or Sterling). If you pay using Paypal they will convert your payment into GBP at their current rate which is updated daily.
I paid using NoChex but received an error message on completing the payment.
This sometimes occurs as you can be returned to our site before Nochex verifies the payment. There can be a delay of up to 10 minutes. Normally your transaction will have been completed and paid for. To verify the transaction wait for 10 minutes. You should receive an automated order confirmation from us.
Nochex payments can only be accepted for orders under £100 from UK customers only.
Can I pay in my country's currency?
Please pay using Paypal. They will convert the order total to your local currency.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship all over the world! If you see your country listed when you are completing our shipping address form, then we ship to you! When we receive high volumes of fraud from specific countries, these countries are removed from the list. In this case, please email us to place your order. We would require £ Sterling money orders only for these countries.
What is your return policy?
RETURNS POLICY: We take every care to make sure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. Although problems/returns are very rare we are dedicated to dealing with them promptly and with understanding. Returns must be authorised prior to shipping them back to us. See below for details.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is received damaged we will replace it. Please return all packaging with the item. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund.
NO LONGER WANTED: If you no longer want an item you may return it to us for a refund. You must take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your posession and pack it with care to prevent damage during carriage when returning it. Any not wanted item returned in unsaleable condition may be refused or only partially refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on unwanted items which, if applied, will be subtracted from the refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
AUTHORISATION: Any items returned for any reason without authorisation will be refused.
Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of your item stating your user id, the listing number and your reason for wanting to return the item specifying the damage (if any) etc. We will respond to your email as soon as possible (please allow 1 working day) with authorisation. You then have a further 7 days to return the item to us. This makes a total of 14 days. For customers outside Europe the item must be returned within 10 days making a total of 17 days. EXCEPTIONS: Once opened, CDs and DVDs can only be returned if they are faulty. We will replace them with another copy of the same title.
Except for revealing the secret, if you have a question about any trick you wish to purchase, please contact us before purchase and we will be most happy to help. Examples of some good questions, which would be relevant to your needs:

We have successfully made magicians out of thousands of customers in the 3 years we've been in business! Our customers do and have included well known magicians. Remember though, there is no such thing as "real magic" - all tricks are ILLUSIONS - and we GUARANTEE your audience will see you perform our magic tricks exactly as described.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
