To ensure your security we use
Paypal
or
NoChex to process
all our credit/debit card transactions.
How much does shipping/handling cost?
On the left hand side of the shop pages is a Cart Summary. This
shows an estimated amount for shipping within the UK by Standard Post.
When you complete checkout you can choose postal method and select
your country. The shipping cost will be updated before you commit to
your order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship every weekday. If you are in the UK you should receive your
order within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Outside the UK you should
receive your order within 10 days. However please allow 4 working days
within the UK, 14 days for deliveries in Europe and 21 days for the
rest of the world before contacting us.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the Order
Status button on the site navigation.
We will also keep you
informed by email.
How can I Pay?
At the checkout you have several options. You can pay by
credit or debit card by using Paypal or Nochex or you can send us a cheque or UK
Postal Orders. If you do not wish to order online you can download our
orderform and post it
to us with your payment.
What is the smallest order I can place?
We do not have a minimum order.
How do I know what your price
is in my country's currency?
All our products are priced in GBP
(£ or Sterling). For your convenience we also show pricing in US$ and
€. Although the exchange rates are updated on a daily basis they are
only an indication. Banks, Paypal and Credit card companies may use
different exchange rates.
I paid using NoChex but received an error message on completing
the payment.
This sometimes occurs as you can be
returned to our site before Nochex verifies the payment. There
can be a delay of up to 10 minutes. Normally your transaction
will have been completed and paid for. To verify the transaction
wait for 10 minutes. You should receive an automated order
confirmation from us.
Nochex payments can only be accepted for
orders under £100 from UK customers only.
Can I pay in my country's currency?
We can accept payment in £ Sterling by default. We can also accept
credit or debit card payments in US$, Australian$, Canadian$ and Euro€
through Paypal. To pay in US$, AU$, CA$ or € select Email as the
payment option at checkout. Reply to the notification email we will
send you stating which currency you wish to pay in and we will send
you a Paypal invoice.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship all over the world! If you see your country listed when
you are completing our shipping address form, then we ship to
you! When we receive high volumes of fraud from specific
countries, these countries are removed from the list. In this
case, please email us to place your order. We would require £
Sterling money orders only for these countries.
What is your return
policy?
Magicnevin stands behind all defective merchandise 100%! We
will even exchange for the same item promptly and reimburse for
your return shipping. Just advise us within one week from date
of receipt and keep the original packaging.
Once you receive your order, however, we have revealed and
you have learned secrets. Therefore, our products are not
returnable. This is the same policy that most software suppliers
have - and almost all magic trick suppliers follow this policy.
Except for revealing the secret, if you have a question about
any trick you wish to purchase, please contact us before
purchase and we will be most happy to help. Examples of some
good questions, which would be relevant to your needs:
1. Can I do it close up?
2. Is it, or does it work, the same as (name of trick you
already have)
3. Is is suitable to perform for children?
4. Do I need to wear a jacket?
We have successfully made magicians out of thousands of
customers in the 3 years we've been in business! Our customers
do and have included well known magicians. Remember though,
there is no such thing as "real magic" - all tricks are
ILLUSIONS - and we GUARANTEE your audience will see you
perform our magic tricks exactly as described.
What is your privacy
policy?
We do not
disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order
details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case,
the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other
third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents
of your shopping cart and to store your details if you select the
'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as
part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser
by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to
