Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You can also print an order form from the Printable Order Form link towards the bottom of the left hand side of every page and post your order to us.
Paying by cheque does slow down your order as we can only despatch your order when your funds have cleared. Typically your order will be delayed by about seven to ten days. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 14 days after placing your order with us.
Shipping And Handling
We ship globally and basic shipping is currently Free on all UK orders of £10.00 and over and International orders of £25 or more. Basic Shipping is normally by 1st Class Post or Basic Airmail and does not include insurance. Goods are sent at your risk. We do obtain a certificate of posting at the point of shipping and will try to claim should the package go missing. We offer compensation at cost. Recorded Delivery (UK only) insures your order up to the value of £46.00. Special Delivery offers higher insurance. We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping on your order. Large orders and some heavy items may be shipped by courier at our discretion.
We reserve the right to charge shipping on all orders of £9.99 or less.
We do not charge a handling fee.
We normally ship orders on the same or next working day. Orders received over the weekend or holiday periods will be shipped on the next working day. We normally use the Royal Mail, DHL or UPS for deliveries and undertake to ship your orders in a timely manner. We always obtain a proof of shipping but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. We will liaise with the courier where-ever possible on your behalf should your order be delayed and keep you updated.
Orders Not received / Lost In The Post
In the first instance please check with neighbours & your Royal Mail Local delivery office and postroom if the address is at work or university. If they have no trace of the order please notify us by email if your order has not been received in reasonable time (within the UK 3-7 days after posting). Although our standard delivery is by 1st class post this is not a guaranteed next day service and can take up to 5 days (longer in extreme weather conditions etc).
If your order is still missing please email us. We will normally ship a replacement order straight away (Mon-Fri) or next working day. The replacement order will be by an insured method & will require signing for. The replacement order must ship to the same address supplied with the payment. We will then notify the courier & ask them to investigate the shipment. The Courier or ourselves may ask a 3rd party to make investigations as well. By placing an order with us you agree to us passing the order & delivery details onto 3rd the couriers and trustworthy 3rd parties should an order get lost in the post. Details of the order & delivery may also re recorded on appropriate databases. No details will be shared for any other reason apart from investigating the missing delivery.
If the original order does arrive you must notify us by email as soon as possible and return the order to us. The easiest way to do this is to refuse delivery of the item & to ask the postal officer to return it to sender. As long as the package is unopened there should not be any charges to return it to us.
If a replacement order cannot be sent (product no longer available, etc) we will issue a credit note for the unobtainable item & resend all the other items. To protect all parties from fraud funds are not issued on item not received claims.
Normally, if an item is out of stock you will not be able to add it to your cart. You can click on the Notify Me link and input your email address and we will email you when the item is back in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your item if you would rather not wait.
Items ordered by post or answer-phone may be out of stock when we receive your order. We will try to contact you by telephone to advise you of any out of stock items. You can back order the items or amend your order. We will ship the items in stock within our usual time scales. You will not be charged for any back ordered items until they are in stock & ready to be shipped to you.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Magicnevin.com stands behind all defective merchandise 100%! If an item is defective we will exchange it for the same item promptly and reimburse for your return shipping. If the item is no longer available we will issue a refund or credit note. Just advise us within one week from date of receipt and keep the original packaging. See 'Damaged Goods' below. All returns, for any reason, must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within a further 7 days (10 days for overseas orders).
Except for revealing the secret, if you have a question about any trick you wish to purchase, please contact us before purchase and we will be most happy to help. Examples of some good questions, which would be relevant to your needs:

We have successfully made magicians out of thousands of customers in the years we've been in business! Our customers do and have included well known magicians. Remember though, there is no such thing as "real magic" - all tricks are ILLUSIONS - and we GUARANTEE your audience will see you perform our magic tricks exactly as described.
In the rare instance of goods arriving damaged we will replace or refund the item(s) at our discretion on return of the damaged goods and refund reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the item(s).
Please email us before returning any goods and save all the original packaging and the packing slip/invoice.
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence (or implied under the Consumer Safety Act 1987) MagicNevin shall not be liable to the Buyer by reason of any representation, implied warranty, condition or other term or under the express terms of the contract for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever arising out of the supply of goods and the Company's liability for direct loss (otherwise than for death or personal injury) shall be limited to the value of the invoice for the item.
Fire Magic, Stage Magic & Adult Items
By ordering any Fire magic or adult item you are declaring that you are over 18 years old and that the item is legal for you to own in your country or region. We will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or legal action arising from the use, misuse or possession of any item supplied by us.
Wholesale Orders & Business to Business sales
We are happy to supply a wholesale quote for our products subject to a minimum order value of £500 + shipping. We will advise you of any items low on stock at the time of quoting but at this time cannot guarantee stock levels for wholesale orders. Any item which goes out of stock between quoting & receiving your order will be back ordered if more stock is expected within 21 days. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items of the same or greater value if further supplies are not expected within 21 days. If you do not want us to back order or substitute items please make this known at the time or ordering. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. All wholesale orders are deemed to be 'Business to Business' sales and are covered by the applicable UK laws as are any sales to persons who receive payment for performing.
Placing an order by any means whether it is through our websites, by telephone, email, letter or in person is classed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
